I don’t see Ricky Stratton on that pic. I recall following his three wheeler Reliant. He had a terrible time driving in the rutted frozen snow, with the single front wheel hopping sideways from one rut to another.
And I also recall driving my Morris Y type van up Fish Hill in the snow with the back doors open and Ricky on the tailgate ready to hop off and push. Like Paul Harding, he had come from the same school as I had, hence remembering him being at Wood Norton.
Maybe he was on a parallel direct Ealing Film course, unlike Roger Twyman (and Mike Spooner) who transferred later. If no one else recalls him on TO 14 that would clear that up.
Apart from Ricky the name list confirms a fair few remembered names and puts back some forgotten ones!
Why does Martyn Swift ring a bell? Did he drop out before the very end of the course?
