Cam 2 – suggest: might be Martin Dilly? Has anyone got crew lists from that era?

That was my first reaction too.

Most probably D (easy access to lift for Elephants?)

As my diary for Monday 21 oct 1963 confirms

a long day in D 9;30 to 11pm bp followed by come dancing links

Re crew list, Martin Dilly was on crew 3 in 1962 with Eddie Stuart, when almost every one was acting, but 1965 martin was on crew 16 with Ken Major
