A WIS – weekly information sheet – which informs us that Roger, amongst others, is to be taken off the crew system and made a Grade C Vision Mixer. Grade C in those days was good stuff, and meant that you’d risen above the poverty line.

You have to wonder why this issue “cancels issue 17”, and whether people went immediately to their 1961 shredders with the offending item.
