Never realised there was a swimming pool there!

I was at Wood Norton during the summer. Even though it was quite warm I do not remember anyone going anywhere near the outdoor pool.

I can’t find my pic in the huge number I have but there really was swimming pool there even back in 1966. It was up the side of the hill a bit and was apparently built as a bear pit in original Wood Norton days.

Just the changing rooms left in 2014

I remember on one of my Courses some enterprising students turned the pool into a BOAT SHOW!! My favourite memory of Evesham was the AUDIO TAPE the “EVESHAM CLEANERS” complete with a superb Double Bass solo. Wish I still had a copy!
