Hearing of John Smith’s sad passing recently reminded me that we were both on the same course at Wood Norton in the autumn of 1964, TO20. I found my copy of the course photograph, which I can’t remember appearing on the Tech Ops History website. It is stamped on the back by Abbey Studios, Evesham and the date 4/9/64. Sadly, there is no list of names and I can only name three course members with any certainty. John Smith is seated at the extreme right of the front row, I am eighth from the left of the middle row and Mike Manning, who later became a Lighting Director, is next to me, seventh from the left. Any other suggestions?
