Richard sent these to me. This must be TC3 and I believe it’s dated between 1961 and 1966. Any more info very welcome……
……and, within a couple of hours, David Brunt tells us – with backup from Keith Wicks and Geoff Fletcher – that it’s the The Charlie Chester Music Hall, from 1 April 1962 at 19.55 on BBC-tv (only one channel then). The group in the lower picture is the Temperance Seven with vocalist Cephus Howard. The top picture may be the Ivor Raymonde Singers.
Richard thinks the cameraman on the Mole is Bill Millar.
