[Tech1] Korean wiring

It's mostly American in origin. The US used "knob and tube" systems up 
until the 1930-1940s, and many other countries - even those not closely 
affiliated with the US - copied the method.

It was cheaper to do, though needing more installation work, than other 
methods until plastic insulated cable came in in quantity after WW2.
