[Tech1] Imperial v. Metric

I was actually quite happy with the old unified threads BMC mainly used 
- as I could tell a spanner size at a glance. But my last BL vehicle - 
the SD1 Rover I still have - has unified for the engine, but metric for 
nearly everything else. But to add confusion, the new bits on the old 
Rover V8, like the injection, use metric.
