I agree with Rob Miles – a scam to get your bank details.
Perhaps you would have been encouraged to buy a test kit.
The flow test kits are free from your local NHS pharmacy, or they were,
but check with your local surgery.
Don’t get sucked in with a calculated panic approach.
(How did they know your mobile, who have you given it out to?)

me that 'I have been in close contact with someone who has recently been
isolating. Please order a test kit - https://pcr-home-test-kit.com '. My
wife said I should order one straight away! We also had a phone call at
0810 which I didn't answer, when I rang back there was a long speech in
Urdu or Hindi follwed by a short sentence in English. Cheers, Dave
