I'd forgotten him till this picture arrived, but it all comes flooding back. Les ran the tech ops stores, where crews went every morning to pick up all the additional gear - microphones monitors etc etc they'd need on a production. Les was, and may still be, what people call "a character". This was taken just before he retired.
