The TODS were issued weekly – someone from the crew was detailed to go to the office and pick up the TODS as soon as possible after the issue date (this depended of course on the current duty schedule of the crew). The TODS gave four weeks notice of the DAYS that were to be worked, and two weeks notice of the HOURS that were to be worked on those specific days.<\/p>\n
