{"id":8412,"date":"2018-09-25T16:35:29","date_gmt":"2018-09-25T16:35:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tech-ops.co.uk\/next\/?page_id=8412"},"modified":"2018-10-06T14:57:17","modified_gmt":"2018-10-06T14:57:17","slug":"engineering-division-technical-reprints-index","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/tech-ops.co.uk\/next\/engineering-division-technical-reprints-index\/","title":{"rendered":"Engineering Division Technical Reprints Index"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Technical Operators could go to a technical library and get free reprints of any technical articles that the BBC Engineering Division had had reprinted from many different sorts of technical journals and from manufacturer&#8217;s literature.<\/p>\n<p>The source of these reprints was the Engineering Information Office at Broadcasting House (being that TV was this &#8220;Johnny come lately&#8221; and Radio was senior and superior!). Broadcasting House sent copies of the reprints to the Technical Information Office at Television Centre.
